*Valid only in case of unique payment is made for all the components of the group. (es. for 3 athletes unique payment of 3750 €).

How to reach the meeting point:
Any transportation cost to reach the meeting point is not included in the registration fee. Every members must be organized in order to get the Catania airport on time. The organization is not responsible about any delayed flight or means of transport.
Revocation by customer
In the event of revocation by an athlete or by a supporter after already confirmed the entering, there will be a fine as refund to the organization: revocation between 45 and 21 days before the starting date € 300.00 as refund – between 20 and 10 day before the starting date € 500.00 as refund – 9 days before the starting date € 700.00 as refund.
Revocation by the organization
In the event of revocation caused by special circumstances, such as volcano eruption, earthquake, landslide etc., or because of the failure to attain the minimum number of participants, the entering fee will be totally refunded both for athletes or supporters. The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel one or more stages because of safety reasons, and without notice, in this case there will be no refund.
Extension of staying

Privacy
All your personal data (name and photography) will be treated with computers or manual tools by Mandala Organic Tours srl in regard of the privacy regulations. All the data are used for: contest enrolment, journey organization, pictures publication on our website, fiscal obligations, law obligations. Your personal data will be process only by staff. Your personal data could be communicated to a third party for the purpose listed above and in order to organize the journey. The communication of your personal data is expected in order to carry out the event. At any moment you can claim the right to the art. 7 del D.lgs 196/03 of the Italian law, just addressing to Mandala Organic Tours srl placed in Catania, viale A. Doria 69.

- - Goody bag.
- - Aid all over the course.
- - Refreshment at the end of any stage.
- - 7 nights in double or triple room.

- - Meals: from the first day dinner to the 8th day breakfast.
- - Hikes with an experienced guide. (supporters only)
- - Trip to the Stromboli top with volcanological guide. (supporters only)
