General Conditions:

Mode of payment Application for runners is confirmed by sending the following documents:

2.  Health and insurance Form
3.  Medical Certificate, stating your good health for facing races and trails issued by a sport medical center with a test on physical efforts confirming that the athlete is physically fit for this race.
4.  Payment of the inscription fee, by cheque or bank transfer

Application for companions is confirmed by sending the following documents:

2.  Payment of the inscription fee, by cheque or bank transfer

International transport: The tickets for the flight or whatever else means of transportations to Catania are not included in the price of the race. Therefore, it is important that each enrolled runner take care of his own tickets to arrive at Catania on time. The organization in not liable for flights delay.

Cancellation by the competitor: In case of cancellation after the application, you have to pay a penalty as e refund for the organization as follow:

• - from 45 to 21 days before the departure of the race: 150 euros as refund will be held by the organization
• - from 20 days up to the date of departure: 300 euros as refund will be held by the organization.

Cancellation by the organisation: In case of cancellation of the race due to extraordinary circumstances (volcanic eruptions, etc.) the enrolment fee will be totally refund. The enrolment of the escorts follows the same conditions of those ones of the competitors.

Privacy Italian law: 196/03 The Participant authorizes the Organization to use his personal information only for the execution of this contract, including the introduction and the publication of such information on the race results. The Participant also agrees that the Organization can use his personal information to be sent for advertisement and general information and can also use his image on paper or other media.
