Athletes - TRAIL Formula: 1790 €
Companions - TREKKING Formula: 1790 €

 The registration fee includes:
- 7 nights in hotel***/**** in twin or triple room.
- All transfers by bus, private boat, and ferry (Except on day 1 to join Lipari)
- Full Board from the dinner of day 1 to breakfast of day 8 (except 1 dinner at Stromboli)
- Refreshment for athletes at the end of each stage. 
- Wine tasting on day 5
- 4x4 jeep for the trekking to summit craters
- Trekking to Etna summit craters assisted by a volcano guide

 The registration fee doesn’t include:
- Flight to Catania
- Transfer from Catania to Lipari on day 1 (consider bout 50€ for bus / train and ferry)
- 1 dinner in Stromboli
- Water and drinks during the meals
- Tourist taxes to be paid at the hotels.
- Personal expenses and all that is not listed in “The registration fee includes”.

Terms of payment:
Registration fee can be paid in one single payment, or it is possible to pay a deposit of 500€ at the time of the enrolment and the balance within 30/09. The registration will be confirmed only after the payment.

Cancellation by client
If you cancel your participation to the Sicily Volcano Trail, a cancellation fee as shown below will be applicable:
- more than 90 days before the starting date: no penalty.
- between 89 and 30 days before the starting date: 10% of the cost of the package will be retained by the organization
- between 29 and 7 days before the starting date: 30% of the cost of the package will be retained by the organization
- between 6 and 0 days before the starting date: 100% of the cost of the package will be retained by the organization

It is strongly recommended to take a travel insurance that cover you and your family against the cancellation charges.

Cancellation by the organizer
If we cancel the Sicily Volcano Trail, caused by special circumstances, such as eruption, flooding, earthquake, landslide etc., or because of the failure to attain the minimum number of participants, the entering fee will be totally refunded. The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel one or more stages because of safety reasons, and without notice; in this case there will be no refund.
